Can I move my data from another system?migration
Yes. Our team moves your data from spreadsheets, Google Sheets, or any system you use now. Most schools are fully moved within 3 business days.
How long does onboarding take?onboarding
Most schools are live in under 3 days. We set up your timetable, student roster, and payment collection on one onboarding call.
Does it work with Banking and Pay apps?payments
Yes. KBZ KPay and AyaPay are both built in. Payment confirmations reach your dashboard automatically, so nobody checks them by hand.
What happens if I want to cancel?cancelling
Cancel any time. There is no lock-in contract. We send you all your data as a spreadsheet or CSV within 24 hours.
How secure is student data?security
All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We never sell or share it. Admins, teachers and parents each see only what they need.
Is it easy for teachers and admin to learn?training
Most staff are comfortable in their first week. The mobile app covers schedules, leave forms and attendance. Every plan includes a personal setup call.
